Post-op Consultation

Following surgery, you will have a post-operative consultation.

If you are a private patient, you will see Dr Boyle in his consulting room. The location, date and time of this appointment are stated in your surgery admission letter. This consultation typically occurs 6 weeks after surgery and takes 10-15 minutes.

If you are a public patient, the hospital staff will arrange your appointment before discharge. The appointment will be in a hospital clinic, such as the Institute Of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics (IRO) Outpatient Clinic.
