Boyle Orthopaedics
Established in 2008 by Dr Richard Boyle, Boyle Orthopaedics specialises in hip and knee surgery and in tumour surgery (orthopaedic oncology).
Dr Boyle performs 700-800 surgical procedures each year, including total joint replacement and complex revision surgery. He uses advanced joint replacement techniques including computer assisted surgery (CAS), patient specific instruments and implants (PSI) and robotic surgery.
Boyle Orthopaedics is a referral practice for orthopaedic oncology in NSW. Dr Boyle is a leading specialist in the management of benign and malignant bone and soft tissue tumours. In this specialty, Dr Boyle works in a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of specialists, including radiologists, pathologists and oncologists, in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of tumour patients.
Dr Boyle is supported by an experienced practice team who manage the administration and assist patients, families and carers with their concerns and questions throughout the treatment process.
